Richard Blecker is the owner and hands on Senior Administrator of Seniors In Place, LLC. Mr. Blecker has lived in Suburban Essex County and Union County all his life. He graduated from Weequahic High School in Newark, NJ in 1963 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Marketing in 1967. Mr. Blecker was in the retail business for many years before opening Seniors In Place, LLC in 2001. Mr. Blecker lives in Springfield, New Jersey with his lovely wife Susan. They have three grown children, all currently working for Seniors In Place, and five wonderful grandchildren who he describes as the “icing on the cake of life.”Seniors In Place, LLC is a very successful business thanks to his hands-on, personal approach to caring for the senior population. He takes a personal interest in every one of his clients. Mr. Blecker is an affiliate member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Seniors In Place, LLC is a member of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice.

Mr. Blecker believes “that if you love what you do and are passionate about it, you will never work another day in your life.” This credo exemplifies his wonderful outlook on life and his love for helping and working with seniors.

Adam Blecker is the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Seniors In Place, LLC and is a leading expert in enabling seniors in New Jersey to live safely in place. Adam founded a state-approved certification school ensuring Seniors In Place, LLC provides the highest-level of trained, state-certified caregivers; he assembled a loving family of compassionate people to serve and support the senior population; and developed technology that ensures every client has exactly the care they need, when they need it.

Adam, together with his father Richard, step-mom Susan, brother Chad and sister Mia, has built a business that was born from integrity, honesty and love and has grown to help thousands of people live better, safer and more independent lives. Adam is a proven leader, mentor, technologist, and innovator and continues to bring significant improvements to the home care landscape in New Jersey.

Adam has been a resident of New Jersey his entire life and attended both Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ and New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ. He currently resides in Morris County with his wife, Kim and son, Aiden.

Mia Kebea is the Director of Marketing for Seniors In Place, LLC and is one of the faces you will see when becoming part of our family. Mia grew up in Essex and Union County and lived in North Carolina for many years. She attended Brookdale College and studied Psychology with a minor in Sociology. She is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Women and is also a wonderful mother of two incredible little boys. Mia gives back every day she works. She personally meets with families and helps them through some of the hardest decisions of their lives. Mia knows firsthand how challenging it can be to care for our parents, grandparents, and anyone we hold dear. She lost her own mother in 2001 and fully understands the difficulties associated with finding honest, trustworthy, and reliable care. Mia puts her whole heart into her work, she genuinely loves waking up every day and helping others.

Chad is a Senior Case Manager for Seniors In Place, LLC. He actively helps enrich the lives of today’s elderly population by providing caregivers who are carefully selected to match his clients’ ever changing needs. Through home care and education Chad has helped hundreds of seniors live safer, happier, and more independent lives. Chad has published several articles on senior safety and Alzheimer’s and dementia care. He also gives frequent public presentations on the topics. Chad knows he is only as good as the care he can provide and ensures he finds the right caregivers for each situation. Chad’s own personal experience of caring for his mother gives him a clear understanding of what his clients and families are going through. In a difficult time, it helps when there are people who have gone through similar things that not only can guide you, but can truly help you as well.

Khanh Bergmann’s parents instilled strong values in her such as integrity, compassion, and making a difference in the community. Khanh and her family escaped from Vietnam in 1975 and came to the United States for the opportunity for a better life. They achieved the American dream thru hard work and perseverance.

Khanh has been in the healthcare field, including hospice, for over 10 years. She is passionate about helping others and serving the senior community. As a Senior Case Manager, she is truly dedicated to fulfilling the needs of her clients and ensuring they are receiving the highest quality care.

Khanh is a Certified Medical Representative, and has an MBA from Butler University in Marketing. She is an active volunteer and fundraiser for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She currently resides in Morris County, NJ with her husband Jeff and two wonderful children.

Dina is the Staff Coordinator for Seniors In Place, LLC and is one of the “behind the scenes” members of our family. Dina grew up in Hudson and Bergen County and lived in North Carolina for many years. She attended college in New Jersey and North Carolina, majoring in Psychology and Business Administration.

Dina understands how difficult it is to care for loved ones and finding someone trustworthy enough to take care of someone who can no longer fully help themselves. Dina lost her own father in 1984 from kidney failure, and tried to help as much as possible as her step father suffered and lost his battle with Cancer in 2004.

Today, Dina puts her knowledge and understanding to work by finding the best caregiver to help those in need. Dina is always “on-call” for clients and caregivers, even if they just need someone to talk to.

Niki holds a Doctorate in Education with over 40 years of working experience in various administrative roles, including serving as an HR Manager for a large academic organization. Niki has taught courses at the college level and has worked for the United Nations Educational & Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Today, she heads the Seniors In Place, LLC four-stage hiring process in which only about 3% of all applicants are hired. The caregivers that make it through this process, are some of the most loving, caring and qualified people you will ever know.

Niki also runs our weekly in-service and ensures each caregiver knows exactly how to perform their duties according to the Seniors In Place Standards of Care. She is also a Quarterly Speaker for AARP and can be found all over New Jersey giving various talks and presentations.

Niki lives in Morris County, NJ. She has 2 grown sons and enjoys cooking.
